A beautiful Antique George I sterling Silver Teapot featuring a lovely delicate engraved band where the body and lid meet. This early Georgian Bachelor sized Teapot has a wooden handle and stands on a spread foot. The Teapot has a small crest engraved on the side.
Made in London in 1723 by William Fawdry.

This Teapot is has a full English Hallmark on the underside and part marked on the lids.
The teapot is in excellent condition with a wonderful patina commensurate with age and use.
