A pair of beautiful Antique solid Silver Lidded Vases in the shape of classical urns. The body of each Silver Vase is decorated with traditional foliate swags and each has a large armorial engraved on the one side. The upper rim and foot are embellished with chased leaf bands and the lower part of the body has chased acanthus leaves rising from the stem. Each Urn has a pair of scroll handles and each has a chased fitted lid.
This pair of Antique Lidded Urns is of heavy weight and excellent quality.
Made in London in 1901 by William Comyns.

Each of the Antique Lidded Vases had a full English Hallmark.
