A magnificent solid silver elephant centrepiece supporting a gilt saddle with a large red glass bowl in a pierced Silver Basket. The basket features a band of classical figures and a swag and bow design with acanthus leaf corners and chased floral and foliate details.
Made in Germany in circa 1890.
The silver is 800 standard silver.
