Antique Sterling Silver Inkstand Inkwell 1910 Large Desk Set Pen Tray

An impressive oval Antique solid Silver Inkstand standing on four scroll feet with a shaped rim and two scroll handles. The Inkstand has a pair of fitted Glass Inkwells with Solid Silver collars and hinged lids. There is a central lidded container with a large engraved armorial on the hinged lid. The Inkstand has two recessed pen rests.
The armorial is that of Lew Grade (Baron Grade), well known British Media proprietor.
Made in Sheffield in 1910 by Elkington & Co.
