An Antique George II Solid Silver Sugar Bowl & Cover. The Bowl stands on a circular pedestal foot and has a domed fitted lid which can be turned over and used as a saucer or spoon rest due to the low collect foot. A testimony to the simple elegance of Georgian design. Made in 1738 in London by Robert Lucas. Approx. Weight - Approx. Height Closed - 10.4cm Approx. Height to Rim - 7.1cm Approx. Diameter - 10.9cm
