A wonderful Antique Austrian Silver Desk set which includes an Inkstand, a pair of Candlesticks and an Ink Blotter. The Set has a magnificent Inkstand with two substantial fitted Inkwells and a large pen rest, The Inkstand has a chased lover sim and stands on four foliate style feet. The Inkwells have elegant fluted patterning and a swag and bow band. These design details are mirrored on the Candlesticks and Blotter.
Made in Austrian in c. 1891 - 1901.
