EARLY ANTIQUE SOLID SILVER LIDDED TANKARD LEIPZIG, GERMANY c. 1680

A magnificent Early Antique Lidded Tankard covered in beautiful chased floral and foliate designson the body and domed lid. The Tankard stands on three large ball feet mirror in a large ball shaped thumb piece o the hinged lid. The Tankard also has a substantial scroll handle. The entire lidded Tankard is gilded.
