LARGE ANTIQUE STERLING SILVER CUP & COVER / TROPHY 1905

A magnificent Antique Solid Silver Cup & Cover or Trophy. This enormous Trophy features two substantial scroll handles topped with acanthus leaves, which are mirrored in the chasing on the domed fitted lid. The Trophy has elegant strapwork around the bottom of the body and stands on a spread foot. The interior of the Trophy and lid are gilded.
Made in London in 1905 by Elkington.
